Voting Phase 6A cuckoo clock on the far wall announces the time, and Alydar collects the ballot box, tallying the results of the voting. "Ah, it seems like you've once again reached some sort of consensus for voting! Kestrel wins with a three-vote lead and will choose two numbers! Ahahahaha! Now, will they match?" Kestrel walks up and tells Alydar those two numbers. Alydar grins and flips them over. "They match! Kestrel indeed wins a point! Congratulations! You are now tied in first place, but this game has a long way to go... A very long way, if nothing changes..." Alydar chuckles into his mask, flipping a poker chip between his hands. VotesKestrel: 3 votes 10k: 0 votes Iain7: 0 votes Cyrus: 0 votes Moritaka: -1 votes Freih: -1 votes Kestrel wins the vote and decides to flip over cards 7 and 15. They do indeed match, each with the name Moritaka, so Kestrel wins 1 point. The two cards have been flipped over in the first post and will remain face up for the entire game. You have only 24 hours to make a decision on who should be the next flipper. Remember to include which two cards you would like to flip over in the event that you win the flipper position. Also, Kestrel now has a two vote penalty, as she has gone for two turns. The seventh voting phase ends at 1:08 am GMT on Thursday, February 21st, 2013. If you are missing either of your two pieces of information, you will be unable to win the vote, regardless of your vote score. Take care as you have only 24 hours of deliberation. If you would like to put a placeholder vote, so you don't get declared inactive, you may do so. Votes may continue to be changed until the end of the round, but make sure the votes you wish to have counted at the end of the round are the last votes you send in!

Voting Phase 7Alydar glances at his watch. "Ah, back on schedule. I believe." Meanwhile, the door rings with another guest... The votes are read and counted, and the decisions are posted on the table. Cyrus is voted the winner with a 2 point lead. "Well, since everyone seems to want your cards... Mr. Cyrus, please inform me of the cards you wish to flip." I- Cyrus tells him. "Ah, is that so? What a pity. Sadly for you, those two cards do not match and will be revealed for only a short time. My, my, my, what is with all of your luck? Take care not to use what's left of it in this game, or you'll have none left in the future! Ahahahahaha! There was talk about clairvoyance, no? What a joke! Two matches in seven rounds... tsk, tsk, tsk. Kokuryu would be so disappointed..." Alydar sits back in his seat to continue watching the game... VotesCyrus: 3 votes 10k: 1 voteIain7: 0 votes Moritaka: -1 votes Freih: -1 votes Kestrel: -2 votes *10k sent in invalid numbers.* Cyrus wins the vote and decides to flip over cards 1 and 3. Voting Phase 8The game still goes slowly as votes drop into the ballot box. Alydar stifles a yawn while marking the totals on a sheet of paper and then revealing it to the remaining players. "We have a close call, but alas no tie... 10k is our winner! Congratulations! ...or not as the case may be... ANYWAY!!! Your numbers?" 10k rushes up and gives two numbers. "Well, no clairvoyance here... But 10k's numbers do match! With his very own first pair! ...in other words, he's now down one too... Ahahahaha! Speaking of, we've yet to have our first 4-point pair on the board! When will it appear? Only time will tell... Onward, to the next round!" The ballot box thumps on the table and echoes around the room... Votes10k: 2 votes Cyrus: 1 vote Iain7: 0 votes Freih: 0 votes Kestrel: -1 votes Moritaka: -2 votes 10k wins the vote and decides to flip over cards 3 and 8. My computer's still being temperamental, but at least it's charging sometimes... So don't expect the update to be late. I may be late responding to PMs or whatnot, but I'll need your decisions in. You all have about 9 hours left, so make sure to get a decision in by then! I'm sending PMs out now-ish.

Voting Phase 9Six people, five votes, four to one makes two, but what numbers are flipped? Alydar receives them from Moritaka. High and low, 36 and 1. Sadly, they do not match... But at least two new cards were revealed! ...had they not been revealed previously... Well, Moritaka takes a turn penalty on his failed suicide, and we move on to another round. Nothing to see here. Really. There's nothing more. Onward! Okay, I lied. There's a little bit more. But really, it's just me being bored with repetition. Can't we have anything new nowadays? Back in my day, people's memories were so good they could clear a board without flipping cards over more than once! Now all of you with your sophisticated doohickeys and whoosawhatsits can't even do that! Ha! Ahahaha! Ahahahahah*cough**cough**cough*... Blasted squirrels...VotesMoritaka: 2 votes Iain7: 0 votes Cyrus: 0 votes Freih: -1 votes Kestrel: -2 votes10k: -2 votes *Kestrel did not send in a vote.* Moritaka wins the vote and decides to flip over cards 1 and 36. They do not match, so Moritaka wins no points. The two cards have been flipped over in the first post and will be flipped back over at the conclusion of the next voting phase. You have only 24 hours to make a decision on who should be the next flipper. Remember to include which two cards you would like to flip over in the event that you win the flipper position. Also, Moritaka now has a three vote penalty, as he has gone for three turns. The tenth voting phase ends at 1:08 am GMT on Sunday, February 24th, 2013. If you are missing either of your two pieces of information, you will be unable to win the vote, regardless of your vote score. Take care as you have only 24 hours of deliberation. Okay. I was around for the 12-hour warning, but I had to rush out, so I couldn't do anything about it. Instead, have a nice snazzy new 6-hour warning! Amazing! ...PMs will be out shortly for those who haven't sent in decisions. Also... we have another new player (I'll be getting to it shortly). There's miracles everywhere these days!

Voting Phase 10Well here we are, now at round ten, to seek a match once more. Here comes Alydar from where he'd gone, out from the break room door. And with a count, to Iain the vote, the first time for today. "What numbers then, would you choose, as we goes on a ways? For with three votes, you win by far, and so it is your turn!" So then Iain7 gives him numbers, two and six to learn. Those cards are flipped, but with no luck, they simply do not match. And so with little more revealed, we continue with our match. With few cards matched, so many more lie upon the field. When will they be matched once more, finally revealed. And so with little progression yet, will anyone prevail? For this will go on much, much longer, to when none can tell... VotesIain7: 3 votes 10k: 0 votes Kestrel: -1 votes Cyrus: -1 votes Freih: -1 votes Moritaka: -3 votes Iain7 wins the vote and decides to flip over cards 2 and 6. They do not match, so Iain7 wins no points. The two cards have been flipped over in the first post and will be flipped back over at the conclusion of the next voting phase. You have only 24 hours to make a decision on who should be the next flipper. Remember to include which two cards you would like to flip over in the event that you win the flipper position. Also, Iain7 now has a one vote penalty, as he has gone for one turn. The eleventh voting phase ends at 1:08 am GMT on Monday, February 25th, 2013. If you are missing either of your two pieces of information, you will be unable to win the vote, regardless of your vote score. Take care as you have only 24 hours of deliberation. If you would like to put a placeholder vote, so you don't get declared inactive, you may do so. If I were to end things on time, this round would end in a little less than 8 hours. However... I have things to do tonight, so it's very likely that the round will not end at the deadline, and it might not end until the next morning (for me). I'll give you guys until I post results to change your decisions, though it would be best if you have them in by the deadline.

Voting Phase 11"Nope, no tie. You guys are much better than last time. Well, except for getting rid of people. Your decision-making skills are still a tad off... Freih, your win means your flip. What say you?" Freih comes up and gives Alydar his two numbers. Alydar pauses and speaks. "Well, you're still just as bad at getting rid of people, but I suppose I can draw this out a little more. Guess what, though? A match! Ahahahaha! ...but as this is yet another first-match for one of you, this only concerns three of you. I'd say it was a coin flip, but with a pair already-revealed, we're two down. With that, I suppose there's no further ado!" With a flourish, the cards are flipped, and Kestrel's name is revealed. "Ahahahahahaha!!! Still no 4-point matches on the field, but how long will those last? Onward we go, and good luck! Ahahaaah!!!" VotesFreih: 3 votes Kestrel: 0 votes Iain7: -1 votes Cyrus: -1 votes 10k: -2 votes Moritaka: -3 votes Freih wins the vote and decides to flip over cards 2 and 18. They do indeed match, each with the name Kestrel, so Freih wins 1 point. The two cards have been flipped over in the first post and will remain flipped over for the remainder of the game. You have only 24 hours to make a decision on who should be the next flipper. Remember to include which two cards you would like to flip over in the event that you win the flipper position. Also, Freih now has a two vote penalty, as he has gone for two turns. The twelfth voting phase ends at 5:44 am GMT on Tuesday, February 26th, 2013. If you are missing either of your two pieces of information, you will be unable to win the vote, regardless of your vote score. Take care as you have only 24 hours of deliberation. Voting Phase 12Again, Alydar takes the voting box to the back room, to count the votes and bring out the standings. This round, Cyrus is voted the flipper, with a total of three votes! It's amazing players can still get so many votes! Right. He gives two numbers, and they're flipped, each with the same name. Yes, finally, we have a second match for a player! "Congratulations, Kestrel! You have the honor of being the first person to fear death! Ah, the good old days... Remember that volcano? It's a good thing we moved our location... It erupted the following day! Ahahahahah- *cough* Hmm... ...where was I? Right. If your final pair is matched, you lose the game! However, if you match it yourself, you break even! It's a test of time, a race of sorts! Who will win? The tension is mounting! Ahahahahaha!!!" VotesCyrus: 3 votes Iain7: -1 votes Moritaka: -1 votes Kestrel: -2 votes 10k: -2 votes Freih: -2 votes Cyrus wins the vote and decides to flip over cards 5 and 34. They do indeed match, each with the name Kestrel, so Cyrus wins 1 point. The two cards have been flipped over in the first post and will remain flipped over for the remainder of the game. Also, there now exists the first 4-point pair of the game! Whoever matches it gains themselves 4 points and the lead! Good luck, all! You have only 24 hours to make a decision on who should be the next flipper. Remember to include which two cards you would like to flip over in the event that you win the flipper position. Also, Cyrus now has a two vote penalty, as he has gone for two turns. The thirteenth voting phase ends at 5:44 am GMT on Wednesday, February 27th, 2013. Voting Phase 13"Once again, no tie! Congratulations, all! You're getting good at this! Well, let's get to those results!" Alydar looks at the contestants, amazed that no one has been eliminated yet. But that will soon change... "Aha, congratulations 10k! You are our proud winner of the round! What will it be?" 10k steps up and proudly states his numbers. Alydar flips them over and grins. "Congratulations! Your clairvoyance wins yet again! ...oh wait. I'm sorry, I misread that. Somehow. Hmm... But anyway! No, wait, hmm... that's strange. Has anyone touched my papers?" The players look on in stoic silence. "No, seriously. Any idea where it's disappeared to? Anyone? Ha. Aha. Ha." Alydar rifles through his papers and pulls one out. "Shoot. Mmm... 16? Wrong one." Alydar takes a few dice and rolls them while thinking. They keep coming up 9. "Ahaha. Haha. Well. You'll have to bear with me. Improvisation and all. Ahahahahaha. AhaHAAAAaahahahahahaaa... Huhuhuhuu... This will be fun." Yes, that is a maniacal grin you sense behind his mask. This can't be good...
