I'll try suggesting a 1v1 game to see if anyone would be up to it.
The game goes for two rounds. Each round has a setup phase and five targetting phases. In the setup phase both players choose a number between 1 and 100 (later calledtarget). Then in the target phases they need to negotiate and choose a number (later called shot). Both send their shots to the dealer, and if the shots match, the player whose target is closer to the shot wins $5 from the other. If the shots don't match, both players lose $2 to the LGT and the phase is replayed. If during the replay the shots still don't match, the winner is decided randomly, with the losing player having 60% chance to win if the difference is at least $10; or both having 50% chance otherwise, and the game proceeds to the next phase. If one of the players is inactive, their shot is automatically the same as the other player's. If both are inactive, the phase is replayed.
Players start with $100, and the goal is to have as much money as possible in the end. Each phase is 48 hours, but ends at 24 hours if both players have finalized their decision. After each targeting phase, the shots are revealed, but not the winner.

Hopefully you won't mind if I make a few opinions.
-No randoms and no replays. If they can't agree on a shot, have them both lose and move on -I think you'll need a round-robin of games because otherwise there is zero incentive to work together; I don't mind stomaching the $2 loss if the other guy is losing too, but if the other games can work together, then I guess I better figure something out. -What happens if we have the same target? Redo or continue? -More set-ups and fewer Targetting phases per set-up, because I think it's going to be obvious what the approximate location of our targets are after a couple of phases.

For round-robins, that's how I would have done it if I thought we could get 3 players. If there are three players, I'll propose a round-robin version after we play the roulette. To try to give the best incentive to cooperate I made the replays and randoms and made the goal to be to maximize the money.
Of course if targets match it's a redo.
For the last point, I'm thinking about keeping the money secret until the end instead (though revealing each shot every targeting phase).

By the way, I know how to make this game work perfectly without a dealer (and without any eventually uncaught cheating possible), so I just need players. And, as I said, if there are more than two players, we'll go along with 10k's suggestions 1 and 2.

If "no dealer" involves forcing me to go download some cipher...
