Okay, I've decided how I'm going to rule this game (which is to say I'm allowing it to happen):
Rules
In order to start this game, Veteran must pay the LGT 15 Poker Chips as collateral. When he agrees to this and the following rules, the game will officially start.
Nearco will be dealing this game. All PMs (questions and guesses) must be sent to him. Also, there is a 5 Poker Chips signup fee per participating player that covers this game.
Each player has 3 questions that s/he may ask Veteran. Each question must be ten words or fewer. If the question is longer than ten words, each extra word is an extra Poker Chip sent to the LGT. If a question would cost the asker Poker Chips, the asker is first notified how much it would cost, and s/he may either accept that cost or rephrase the question, so it is below ten words in length. If the asker is sure s/he wants to ask the question, s/he may ask the question, followed by "I am willing to pay the extra X Poker Chips to ask this question." or something along those lines.
Each question must first be sent to Nearco. He will approve it and act as a go-between, forwarding it to Veteran and then forwarding the response back to the original asker.
Along with the 3 questions, each player has a single guess. Yes, a single guess (not 3 as was the case before). Once this guess has been used, the player may still ask questions, so long as s/he does not pass the limit of 3.
If a guess is incorrect, nothing happens. If a guess is correct, each player who signed up for this minigame has his/her signup fee returned, and the winner wins Veteran's 15 Poker Chip signup fee.
If, by the end of the first run of the final set of games for the Casino, no one has successfully guessed Veteran's identity, this game will end, and Veteran will win 30 Poker Chips for his efforts (for a profit of 15 Poker Chips).
Restrictions for questions:
These are the rules I have decided on. If there are any changes, they will be minor, and I will have to approve them first.
Some are there more for the formalities, but they are there for a reason. This game has a potential to be intrusive, and I'm attempting to minimize that. Rules may be added/adjusted/removed at any time, under my allowance and discretion, followed by a notice that the rules have been amended.

Restrictions for questions:
- You may not ask if Veteran is or is not a player or one from a list of any number of players, from any of the LGTs. Names on any other site that he may be on is perfectly acceptable.
- Each question must be answerable and it must be answerable in a yes/no format. If it is has no answer or is not asked in a yes/no format, you will be notified and asked to change it. If you do not in a suitable amount of time (48 hours? 72? I'll leave it up to Nearco), your question will be wasted (e.g. you'll have one less question).
- You may not ask any question about behind-the-scenes in the Casino (e.g. alliances that Veteran may have, conversations with fellow Gamblers, strategies in a game, etc.). If Nearco judges a question to be behind-the-scenes, you will be notified and asked to change it. If he judges that the question is obviously not allowed, you will instead by notified that you have wasted your question.
- Veteran may decline to answer a question on grounds that it is too personal. In this case, the asker may instead ask a different question. Nearco may override this decision if he believes it is not too personal. If Veteran still declines to answer, another dealer may be brought in to mediate. This is hopefully more for formalities than for anything else. But if needed, it will be brought into play. If overused, this minigame may be discontinued with the signup fees returned.
- Veteran doesn't know everything. If he doesn't know an answer (e.g. you ask about another Gambler, and he doesn't know), he may decline to answer the question, in which case the asker may ask a different question. If overused, this minigame may be discontinued with the signup fees returned.
- Aside from the restrictions posted in this section, Veteran must answer all questions truthfully. In the event that he lies in context of this game and is found to have done so knowingly, he must pay a 25 Poker Chip penalty to the LGT for each penalty. If this would leave him at 50 or fewer Poker Chips, this game will be discontinued, and the signup fees will be returned. Any lies that are discovered after this game is discontinued or won will go unpunished, unless the winner was Veteran, in which case he will simply lose his winnings, and the signup fees will be returned to all other players.
These are the rules I have decided on. If there are any changes, they will be minor, and I will have to approve them first.
