If you wish to spin the Slot Machine, do so here! One spin costs 5 silver tokens, but it will also drop 5 gold tokens into the payout section of the Slot Machine, increasing the jackpot! If you wish to do something else, such as pull a lever, push a button, turn a knob, say something, do something (yay repetition!), or inspect anything, please do so in the same post as the one in which you spin the Slot Machine. Of course, you can do these things without spinning the Slot Machine, so long as you don't say that you're going to spin the Slot Machine! For instance, you could post any of the following: - I spin the Slot Machine!
- I pull the left lever!
- I pull the left lever and spin the Slot Machine!
And of course there's many more things that you could do. Play around and have fun! spending money of course!

Hmm...I'll separate it like this, then, checking the surface: 1. I inspect the front of the machine for a hidden mechanism 2. I inspect the back of the machine for a hidden mechanism 3. I inspect the left side of the machine for a hidden mechanism 4. I inspect the right side of the machine for a hidden mechanism 5. I inspect the top side of the machine for a hidden mechanism.
Will this work, or do I need to narrow it down even further?

A more up-to-date version of this can be found here. 1. I inspect the front of the machine for a hidden mechanism The front of the machine contains the slot display, a circular emblem with the letters "LGT" embossed in the center above it. Branching out from the emblem are vine-like golden inlays spreading to the sides. Below each of the 3 slots are the reel-stoppers: silver buttons which stop the slots. Directly below this row is a row of golden buttons, one below each reel-stopper, and one to either side of them, for a total of 5. Below each of these buttons is a red knob, with markings at the north, east, west, and south directions. Below these is yet another cherubim motif, centered on the Slot Machine and surrounded by a golden circle. Aside from this, the broad inspection discovers nothing new. 2. I inspect the back of the machine for a hidden mechanism The back of the machine contains the cherubim motif, near the top, as noted before. It is surrounded by a circle and golden lines representing the rays of the sun. Rising up from the bottom, and along the sides of the back of the machine are more vine-like inlays, these silver, with three ending in golden sunflowers (the far left, one to the right of the middle, and one to the left of the far right) and the rest ending in leaves. Situated on the vines as they go up the machine are more silver leaves. On the very bottom right is a locked section in which one would assume the silver and/or gold tokens deposited in the machine are stored. Aside from this, the broad inspection discovers nothing new. 3. I inspect the left side of the machine for a hidden mechanism Along the left side of the machine are golden vine-inlays. There are a total of three, the middle one reaching the farthest up, to end in a golden sunflower. The left vine reaches second farthest, to end in a red rose. The right vine reaches about halfway up, to end in a blue rose. Each vine also has golden leaves scattered along its length. At the bottom are silver waves, depicting what appears to be a river, on the bank of which these flowers are growing. A barrier of silver shells separates the bottoms of the vines and the beginning of the river. Aside from this, the broad inspection discovers nothing new. 4. I inspect the right side of the machine for a hidden mechanism The right side of the machine is an exact mirror image of the left side of the machine. There is no difference, as best you can see. Aside from this, the broad inspection discovers nothing new. 5. I inspect the top side of the machine for a hidden mechanism. The top side of the machine is blank, or so it appears. Surrounding this blank, golden slate is an embossed border which creates the borders between the top side and the front, left, right, and back sides. The embossed border is decorated with interlocked silver and gold waves, crisscrossing above and below each other. Aside from this, the broad inspection discovers nothing new. Will this work, or do I need to narrow it down even further? This may need to be narrowed down further, but I'm sure everyone appreciates the great work you've done in giving me reason to give you all much greater detail on the layout of the Slot Machine. In the future (starting now), I propose the following rules, for fairness and all. 1. Each player may inspect only one part of the Slot Machine at a time, per post. The broader it is, the more you'll inspect, but the less likely you'll find something of use. 2. A player who just inspected part of the Slot Machine may not inspect any part of the Slot Machine until either of the following happens: (a) another player inspects/spins/interacts with the Slot Machine after the player's last inspection, or (b) the same player spins the Slot Machine (after the player's last inspection, of course). This is to keep everything fair, since it is assumed that you are all at the Slot Machine at approximately the same time. While you inspect the machine, other people do the same, so they should be allowed to have a chance. Of course, if you take the time and money to spin the Slot Machine, we'll let it slide, as it's not free and can't be abused as much. And because of time differences and the pretty effective method of spamming for this task, it just makes everything overall more fair. The specifics of each side have been explained here. If you wish to inspect a specific part, please do so. Be as specific or as vague as you believe you need to. Good luck! Sorry for the late response, got pulled away just as I finished for something I needed to do. Also, since this rule addition hadn't been in place earlier, 10k may inspect one thing now if he so chooses (i.e. your inspection here doesn't count toward the newly-instated rules).

Seems like there's no point in asking meaningful questions to the attendants until we can narrow our search using the information here... Better to ask questions we know are right/wrong to work out the pattern of their answers! I will inspect the vines at the back. How many are there? How many leaves are on them? etc.

I inspect the top of the slot machine. You find nothing more than what was noted above. There do not appear to be any hidden panels, buttons, knobs, switches, etc. I'll INSPECT the lower half of the slot machine's left side, checking for removable panels. The lower half of the machine's left side contains the lower parts of the three flower stems, two of which contain three leaves (in that half) with the other containing only two (this being the far right one, the blue rose, with the blue rose slightly above the halfway point). At the waves and seashell barrier, you see nothing out of the ordinary, at least no removable panels. You find no removable panels in your search. I inspect the Roses on the Right SideThe roses on the right side of the Slot Machine are red and blue, just like the ones on the left side of the Slot Machine. However, the blue one is placed to the far left of the right side and the red one on the far right, as it is a mirror to the left side of the Slot Machine. The red rose reaches about three quarters of the way up the side, with a total of five leaves. Both roses are closed, but the blue one looks slightly more open, more ready to bloom. Looking closer at the stems, you notice that, unlike the sunflower, the roses have very small golden thorns sparsely placed along the sides. Other than this, you find nothing new. Seems like there's no point in asking meaningful questions to the attendants until we can narrow our search using the information here... Better to ask questions we know are right/wrong to work out the pattern of their answers! I will inspect the vines at the back. How many are there? How many leaves are on them? etc. There are a total of 12 silver vines, the 1st, 7th, and 11th (counted starting at the left) end in golden sunflowers. In order, the number of leaves on each vine (and therefore their approximate respective lengths) are as follows: 5, 4, 4, 2, 3, 3, 2, 3, 2, 4, 3, 6. It appears to be pretty much symmetrically laid out, ignoring the specific curving of the vines.

I inspect the centre of the the blue rose on the right side of the slot machine, trying to see if anything pulls or pushes. While it is slightly more open/in bloom than the red rose, as noted before, nothing appears to move, either by pulling or pushing, no matter how hard you try to make it so.
