If I use a thief joker against an in-use lock-in joker, do I lose my joker if I fail?

If I use a thief joker against an in-use lock-in joker, do I lose my joker if I fail? If the Black Joker is used to try and steal the Red Joker in the same turn as the Red Joker is used on a card, the Red Joker succeeds and is discarded first. Then the Black Joker takes effect but isn't used because its target disappeared.

What happens if I bid the same number of coins on a card with someone else?

What happens if I bid the same number of coins on a card with someone else? The first tiebreaker is number of cards. The player with fewer cards gets the card. At this point, that's anyone who ties with you... The second tiebreaker is whoever sent it first. So if you have the same number of cards, whoever sent it first wins the card. There shouldn't be any need of a third tiebreaker after that, considering. I believe these were the tiebreakers used during the playtest, but if not, I meant to use them then.

Clarification: For the AUCTION ADDICT trophy, you must simply bid at least one coin on each of the 54 cards up for auction. If any happen to come up for auction again (e.g. from discarding cards), you don't need to bid on them to win the trophy, so long as you've bid on them before. Similarly, if you missed bidding on some cards, you could still gain the trophy if they come up in bidding again through discards. I just realized that it could potentially have been misinterpreted. And a reminder that you can't bid more in a round than you actually have, even if you have no intention of winning or know that you won't win all cards auctioned in said round. At pretty much the final round, I figure players may be trying to maximize profits and all.
