Voting Phase 16
"Well, well, well... three turns passed in a flash! And now on sixteen, let's see how the votes are split!" Alydar takes the ballots to the back and returns with the counted votes. "It appears that we have a definitive winner for this round! NastyMan wins by a 2 vote margin! He gets the privilege of choosing two cards to flip! Which shall they be?" He's told, and they're flipped. "Ahaha! We have a match here! ShadowFire is eliminated from this game! We're down to three now! The game seems to be winding down, so make your decisions carefully! Good luck!"
Votes NastyMan: -1 votes Iain7: -3 votes Kokuryu: -3 votes
ShadowFire: -3 votes *ShadowFire did not send in a vote*
NastyMan wins the vote and decides to flip over cards 13 and 26. They do indeed match, each with the name ShadowFire, so NastyMan receives one point. As ShadowFire now has no cards left on the board, he has been eliminated from the game. Players may no longer vote for him, and he may no longer vote. Additionally, NastyMan gets a bonus 3 points for eliminating ShadowFire. Oh, and the two cards have been flipped over in the first post and will remain flipped over for the rest of the game. Remember, there is still one more 4-point pair on the board!
You have 24 hours to make a decision on who should be the next flipper. You may no longer vote for ShadowFire. Remember to include which two cards you would like to flip over in the event that you win the flipper position. Also, NastyMan has a four vote penalty, as he has gone for four turns. Also of note: at 2 players, since each player has only one possible vote, there will be no votes. Instead, the flipper will be announced, and that player will have 24 hours to make a decision. But... you don't need to worry about that right now, as there are still 3 players in the game!
The seventeenth voting phase ends at 3:24 am GMT on Friday, May 4th. If you are missing either of your two pieces of information, you will be unable to win the vote, regardless of your vote score. Take care as you have only 24 hours of deliberation. If you would like to put a placeholder vote, so you don't get declared inactive, you may do so. Votes may continue to be changed until the end of the round, but make sure the votes you wish to have counted at the end of the round are the last votes you send in!

Voting Phase 17
"Ahaha! Down to three! Let's see how the dynamic changes here, shall we?" Alydar takes the ballot box and walks jauntily to the back room, returning a minute or so later. "Hmm, that was short. Well, we have two votes for NastyMan! ...which should tell you who didn't vote... As NastyMan is indeed first, he wins the flipper position for Phase 17! ...and brings the vote over to Phase 18... Ahahaha! Now, Kokuryu here, with a grand total of -3 votes, wins the flipper position! Which cards would you like to flip?" Kokuryu walks over to tell him: 17 and 19. "Okay then! It seems you've found one of Darconis' pairs! Congratulations! Ahahaha! Well then, with yet another 4-point pair on the board, let's move on to Phase 19! Good luck, all! Hahahaha!"
Votes
NastyMan: -2 votes Kokuryu: -3 votes Iain7: -4 votes *NastyMan did not send in a vote*
Kokuryu wins the vote and decides to flip over cards 17 and 19. They do indeed match, each with the name Darconis, so Kokuryu receives one point. The two cards have been flipped over in the first post and will remain flipped over for the rest of the game. There are now currently two 4-point pairs on the board!
You have 24 hours to make a decision on who should be the next flipper. Remember to include which two cards you would like to flip over in the event that you win the flipper position. Also, NastyMan has a five vote penalty, and Kokuryu has a four vote penalty. Due to inactivity, we are now on Phase 19!
The nineteenth voting phase ends at 3:24 am GMT on Saturday, May 5th.

Voting Phase 19
In the midst of deciding which ballots to place, there is a loud ruckus. The players look around to see a large struggle on the opposite side of the room. Two masked attendants calmly walk over to a player, Monday it appears to be, and apprehend her. She is dragged kicking and screaming out of the Casino and is reduced to tears by the time she reaches the door. After a few moments of stunned silence among the players (the dealers simply watch and go back to taking care of what they were doing: counting money, dealing cards, rolling dice, laughing at players, etc.), one attendant returns and deposits a large sum of money as well as a large number of poker chips with the front desk. Alydar, watching bemusedly all the while, begins to laugh. "Aha. Ha. Ahahahaha! Ahh... Hmph. Well, as you can see, you should not cheat in this Casino. It never ends well... Take this as a lesson, and make sure that this doesn't happen to you!" He glances bemusedly at the players. "Well, since we've had such a rude interruption, distracting your fragile minds from your trains of deceit, why don't we extend the deadline a little for you? Accommodate you a little here?" He glances at the ballot box, opens it, takes out pieces of paper, holds them over a trashcan, and opens it, sending up a burst of flame, incinerating the papers. Skillfully, Alydar brings his hand back in time to avoid singeing, as if this has happened before... "Ahaha! We have no need for those old votes! Let's proceed anew with the current round, started from the beginning!" Once again, the ballot box waits on the counter for the end of the round.
Votes Iain7: ??? votes Kokuryu: ??? votes NastyMan: ??? votes
No one wins the vote and decides to flip over cards. As such, the board remains as it is. If the cards flipped in the previous round had not matched, they would be flipped over now. As that's not the case, the board stays as it is.
The deadline to make a decision on who should be the next flipper has been extended due to potential account problems! Remember to include which two cards you would like to flip over in the event that you win the flipper position. Also, no one's vote penalty has been increased, as no one went this turn (yet).
The nineteenth (yes, still the nineteenth!) voting phase ends at 11:30 pm GMT on Sunday, May 6th. If you are missing either of your two pieces of information, you will be unable to win the vote, regardless of your vote score. Yes, you've been given a lot more time, but I'm going to try and start Double Bluff at around that time, so hopefully they'll run alongside each other (though Double Bluff will likely fall behind, due to the nature of the game). For those of you who placed votes this turn, your vote will remain what it was, but you may change it as you like until the deadline. For those of you who did not, the deadline has been extended to help you out. Good luck!

Voting Phase 19
From outside, the sound of sirens create a lovely ambiance of rule-breaking, mayhem, and, well, lies and deceit. Monday, locked outside, talks with the police, gesturing frantically and furiously toward the doors of the Casino (the cameras outside allow this to be witnessed by all those inside, where they sit or stand with popcorn and snacks (bought from the luxurious Casino bar)). The policeman, upon hearing this explanation, motions toward the door and enters, followed by a squad. They follow the winding road to the downstairs Casino and knock, demanding to be let in. An attendant, unworried, opens the door for them, and they enter to speak in a loud voice: "This Casino will be shut down for illegal activity, as described by a key witness. Please exit the premises immediately." Smiling and chuckling behind his mask, Alydar approaches them and replies, "I'm sure you're mistaken, my good sir! That woman outside was just ejected for those same 'illegal' activities you mentioned! Why, we caught her red-handed, stealing poker chips, concealing cards, rigging dice, just general debauchery that's frowned upon here. There's no reason to fret! Things are in good hands here! We make sure everyone has an equal chance of winning! And losing for that matter... Ahahaha! Well, if that's all that you needed, please, feel free to sit around and participate in a few games, buy a drink or two, enjoy yourselves! Why, we've got an interesting game of Memory going on at the moment, if you'd like to spectate..." The policemen, thoroughly confused by now, get shepherded along and eventually leave the Casino alone, allowing everyone to go back to their normal business, with Monday completely forgotten, still locked outside...
Votes Iain7: ??? votes Kokuryu: ??? votes NastyMan: ??? votes
Because of the forum removal and everything, I'm giving everyone another 24+ hours to get everything done. I'm also going to be PMing those in this game. If you sent in a vote already this round, you don't need to do anything unless you want to change it. One thing that I'll say: since there's so few people in this game right now, I'm sure you don't all want to just wait around. So, if you send in a PM saying that your decision is finalized, I'll count it as if you aren't going to change it anymore. If all players left in this game send in a finalized decision before the end of the round, I will post the results early (of course, that's assuming I have time). Of course, if even one person does not send in a finalized decision, the voting phase will play out until the end. This add-on is in play for ALL successive rounds, not just this one.
The nineteenth (yes, still the nineteenth!) voting phase ends at 11:30 pm GMT on Wednesday, May 9th. Good luck!

You have a little less than 13 hours to get your votes in! Which could be problematic for one player, as noted elsewhere...

Voting Phase 19
"Well, back to the game we go! Let's get things rolling once again!" Alydar takes the ballot box to the back. He returns, and looks around the Casino. "Hmm, it appears that NastyMan has disappeared. Oh well, the game will just have to go on without him! Let's get to the results, shall we? From the two votes given, the one toward Iain7 has won him this round!" Iain7, knowing the drill by now, reveals the two cards to flip: 7 and 8. "Ahahaha! Those indeed match! And the absentee takes a hit, his first of the game! And with that, we move onto the twentieth round! Congratulations!" From above, a popping sound is heard, and confetti rains down on the table.
Votes Iain7: -3 votes Kokuryu: -4 votes
NastyMan: -4 votes *NastyMan did not send in a vote*
Iain7 wins the vote and decides to flip over cards 7 and 8. They do indeed match, each with the name NastyMan, so Iain7 receives one point. The two cards have been flipped over in the first post and will remain flipped over for the rest of the game. There are currently two 4-point pairs on the board!
You have 24 hours to make a decision on who should be the next flipper. Remember to include which two cards you would like to flip over in the event that you win the flipper position. Also, Iain7 has a five vote penalty, as he has gone for 5 turns.
The twentieth voting phase ends at 11:30 pm GMT on Thursday, May 10th. If you are missing either of your two pieces of information, you will be unable to win the vote, regardless of your vote score. Take care as you have only 24 hours of deliberation. If you would like to put a placeholder vote, so you don't get declared inactive, you may do so. Voting Phase 20
Well here we are, with rhymes again, and who knows what's in store? As Alydar takes box in hand to mark whom each voted for. And there he finds a single vote, sent by the Iain7. Who voted for a NastyMan and made some voting even. So here we are with (look!) a tie, for inactives in first place. But somehow, though he did place last, Iain7 wins this race. He picks two numbers calmly, and the flipping does occur, And NastyMan, whose name is there, a hit does he incur. With three pairs now worth 4 points, and Iain7 not among them, Will he remain the great sole winner, or will another rise to beat him?
Votes
Kokuryu: -4 votes
NastyMan: -4 votes Iain7: -5 votes *Kokuryu, and NastyMan did not send in a vote*
Iain7 wins the vote and decides to flip over cards 29 and 30. They do indeed match, each with the name NastyMan, so Iain7 receives one point. The two cards have been flipped over in the first post and will remain flipped over for the rest of the game. With that flip, there now exist three 4-point pairs on the board: Darconis's, Kokuryu's, and NastyMan's.
You have 24 hours to make a decision on who should be the next flipper. Remember to include which two cards you would like to flip over in the event that you win the flipper position. Because of inactivity, Kokuryu and NastyMan take another vote penalty (taking up phases 20 and 21). Also, Iain7 now has a 6 vote penalty, as he has gone for 6 turns. We now move on to Voting Phase 23!
The twenty-third voting phase ends at 11:30 pm GMT on Friday, May 11th.

Voting Phase 23Alydar takes the ballot box and brings it to the back. He returns after counting the votes and reveals the results. With -4 votes, Kokuryu wins the flipper position! He gives two numbers, which Alydar promptly flips over. "Ahahahaha! We have yet another match! In three rounds *ahem*, NastyMan has gone from three pairs to none! Sadly, we are down yet another player... As such, this is no longer needed." He holds up a button, and, as the other players are wondering what he's talking about, he presses it. *BOOM*The players jump back from the table, freaked out by the explosive noise, as Alydar turns and walks slowly away, counting down from 5. At 2, the ballot box explodes with another loud noise, and pieces of charred wood rain down on the spectators. An attendant is hastily there to clean up the pieces, and Alydar claps his hand, drawing attention back to himself once more. "Well, now that that's taken care of, let's move on! You have no more need for your ballots, so we'll be going in a semi-orderly fashion. Kokuryu, you go first. More pieces of wood hit you, and it's the least I can do... carry on! This game is coming to an end!" VotesKokuryu: -4 votes NastyMan: -5 votesIain7: -6 votes *NastyMan did not send in a vote* Kokuryu wins the vote and decides to flip over cards 9 and 31. They do indeed match, each with the name NastyMan, so Kokuryu receives one point. As NastyMan now has no cards left on the board, he has been eliminated from the game. Players may no longer vote for him, and he may no longer vote. Additionally, Kokuryu gets a bonus 3 points for eliminating NastyMan. Oh, and the two cards have been flipped over in the first post and will remain flipped over for the rest of the game. Oh, and there are still two more 4-point pairs on the board! As we are now down to only two players, you don't have any choice of who to vote for - you vote for the other person. Since Kokuryu and Iain7 each have a 6 vote turn penalty (Kokuryu has gone for 6 turns now), it will go back and forth between them. Per tiebreaker rules, the flipper will first be randomized. Then, the other will go. Then, it will randomize again, and then the other goes. And it will repeat that pattern until the game ends. I will be flipping a coin to decide for randomization: Heads = Iain7, Tails = Kokuryu. The first randomization resulted in Tails, so Kokuryu will go first. Kokuryu has 24 hours to send in a decision on which cards to flip. If you know that you won't be changing it before the deadline, simply say something about finalizing it. If the vote is finalized, I'll end the phase when I get the vote and post the results. Of course, if you don't finalize the results, they will be posted at the end of the voting phase. Hopefully this will speed up the game! The twenty-fourth voting phase ends at 11:30 pm GMT on Saturday, May 12th. If Kokuryu does not send in a vote, the vote will pass to Iain7 for the next Voting Phase. This would not go without penalty, however. For every two times that a player is inactive (only counting when there are 2 players left; in total, not just consecutive), the LGT will reveal two of his cards (randomly chosen), taking the points for themselves.

Voting Phase 24
"Well, I believe that's enough time! Kokuryu, would you please give me your decision?" Kokuryu, after pondering a little longer, speaks two numbers: 16 and 21. They are flipped over, and the name Darconis is read on both of them. "Congratulations! Yet another match! Yet another elimination! And with that, Kokuryu takes the lead, over Iain7 for the first time!" He turns to face Iain7. "Now, what do you decide to do in retaliation? You have three pairs remaining, and he has but one. Will you be able to find his last pair and take the lead? Or will you fall to his sudden lead? Make your decision carefully, but remember the time!"
Votes Iain7: -5 votes Kokuryu: -5 votes *Votes were automatic. This is just figurative*
Kokuryu wins the vote and decides to flip over cards 16 and 21. They do indeed match, each with the name Darconis, so Kokuryu receives one point. As Darconis now has no cards left on the board, he has been eliminated from the game. Additionally, Kokuryu gets a bonus 3 points for eliminating Darconis. Oh, and the two cards have been flipped over in the first post and will remain flipped over for the rest of the game. There is still one more 4-point pair on the board: Kokuryu's!
As we are now down to only two players, you don't have any choice of who to vote for - you vote for the other person. Currently, Iain7 has a 6 vote penalty while Kokuryu has a 7 vote penalty. Per tiebreaker rules, Iain7 goes next. Then, the next person will be randomized. I will be flipping a coin to decide for randomization: Heads = Iain7, Tails = Kokuryu. Iain7 has 24 hours to send in a decision on which cards to flip. If you know that you won't be changing it before the deadline, simply say something about finalizing it. If the vote is finalized, I'll end the phase when I get the vote and post the results. Of course, if you don't finalize the results, they will be posted at the end of the voting phase. Hopefully this will speed up the game!
The twenty-fifth voting phase ends at 12:58 am GMT on Monday, May 14th. If Iain7 does not send in a vote, the vote will pass to Kokuryu for the next Voting Phase. This would not go without penalty, however. For every two times that a player is inactive (only counting when there are 2 players left; in total, not just consecutive), the LGT will reveal two of his cards (randomly chosen), taking the points for themselves.

Voting Phase 25
Well once again, we meet right here, at another multiple of five. And with no votes, it's up to Iain7, will Kokuryu stay alive? If his are matched, there's no choice left, the game will end right here. All breaths are held, as numbers are given, the reveal is finally near. With two cards chosen, they somehow miss, a feat not matched since thirteen. Four pairs left, one worth four points, can the end finally be seen? Or will Kokuryu outlast the rest, and win against all odds? A flip is done, tails it is, to Kokuryu Alydar nods. "Saved one more round, what will you do?" says Alydar to the man. "And then with Iain7, following him, the suspense comes yet again!"
Votes Iain7: -5 votes Kokuryu: -6 votes *Votes were automatic. This is just figurative*
Iain7 wins the vote and decides to flip over cards 6 and 12. They do not match, so Iain7 receives no points. The two cards have been flipped over in the first post and will be flipped back over at the conclusion of the next voting phase. There is still one more 4-point pair on the board.
As we are now down to only two players, you don't have any choice of who to vote for - you vote for the other person. Currently Kokuryu and Iain7 each have a 7 vote turn penalty. Per tiebreaker rules, the flipper will be randomized. Then, the other will go. Then, it will randomize again, and then the other goes. And it will repeat that pattern until the game ends. I will be flipping a coin to decide for randomization: Heads = Iain7, Tails = Kokuryu. This (the second) randomization resulted in Tail, so Kokuryu will go first.
The twenty-sixth voting phase ends at 12:58 am GMT on Tuesday, May 15th.
